Translation of YouTube Videos and Video Subtitles

Movie Translation

We offer one-stop translation services for
subtitles of business videos.

The need for subtitle translation for YouTube and videos as marketing materials for global business is increasing every day.
When translating video subtitles, it is more important than translating manuals and other documents to ensure that the translation is intuitive. Special adjustments are also necessary, such as reducing the number of characters to match the timing of the video.

AIBS provides a one-stop solution from transcription to translation and insertion of subtitles.

Key Points for Subtitle Translation (by Video Type)

Company/Product Introduction Videos

Company/Product Introduction Videos

Becaue videos introducing a company or product have a key element of promotion, they must be easy to understand, but they must also be translated in a way that leaves a lasting impression on the viewer.

At AIBS, we do not simply replace words, but create subtitles that resonate with the viewer based on the culture behind and trends in the target language.

Product Manual/Work Procedure Videos

Product Manual/Work Procedure Videos

Product manual videos such as "how to operate equipment" and work procedure videos such as "machine maintenance and inspection procedures" have been increasing in recent years. These videos have the advantage of being easier to understand visually than paper manuals. The key to subtitling and translating these videos is to ensure consistent terminology. Also, these videos must be translated with the same terminology as that of product manuals and other documents. AIBS utilizes specialized translation tools to create easy-to-understand subtitles with consistent terminology.

Training/Interview Videos

Training/Interview Videos

Training and interview videos have considerably more text than other videos. If all the dialogue is translated as is, the subtitles will be too wordy and stressful for the viewer, so it is necessary to limit the number of characters and translate the content to get the point across. Also, it is important to translate materials shared on screen. AIBS can also translate materials shared on screen and replace them in the video.
